What is LDAC?
LDAC is a codec designed by Sony that claims to deliver high-quality audio wirelessly. Unlike other Bluetooth-compatible encoding technologies such as SBC, it can run without down-converting Hi-Res Audio content (except for content in DSD format). Through efficient coding and optimized packetization, it allows transmission of approximately three times more data than other technologies through Bluetooth wireless networks with unprecedented sound quality.
