Bluetooth data transmission module in OBD application

The car detection Bluetooth OBD application uses hardware + software service. 1. The working principle of the car detection OBD solution

OBD system monitors whether the car's exhaust gas exceeds the limit at any time from the operating status of the engine. Once the limit is exceeded, it will immediately issue a warning. When the system fails, MIL light or Check Engine warning light is on, and PCM stores the fault information in the memory, and the fault code can be read from the PCM through a certain program . The Bluetooth OBD solution for car detection transmits these fault codes and data to the display via Bluetooth module to display the car's status and problem analysis data.

OBD device monitors multiple systems and components, including engines, catalytic converters, particulate traps, oxygen sensors, emission control systems, fuel systems, EGR, etc. OBD is connected to an ECU through various emission-related component information. The ECU has the function of detecting and analyzing emission-related faults. The OBD hardware device can be connected with the in-car data interface, and then read the data in the dashboard of the car's fuel, mileage and engine information, and finally transfer the data to the car detection adapter by Bluetooth and display on the mobile phone/car control host/cloud mirror, recorder APP and other professional equipment.
